THE DARK NUTCRACKER

Saturday morning I received from NY my two copies of this great publication,.

I've been asked to illustrate a dark interpretation of 'Nutcracker' story by RightyyRightyRight _an international fashion/art magazine based in New York.

All the story was illustrated in black/white according to the mood of the photo shooting… I had a lot of fun creating new characters, drawing inspiration from the classic and inventing a new grotesque world!

I've been comissioned by Elizabeth Lau to illustrate a special portrait of her in "thinking mode" about her new collection .
The illustration has been printed on this lovely lookbook/newsletter for the London Fashion Week.
The amazing Jackie Dixon was the photographer who took the portraits of "special" models as Susie Bubble,DJs Nisha & Amber; Broken Hearts, Nadia Sarwar; Frou Frouu...
I've been on the set and it was gorgeous !!
